PeopleSoft Image 34 will be out today but you can checkout the new features already in Oracle Support or PeopleBooks. Highlight of the release is the Kibana analytis. It looks awesome and really powerful analytic tool. Check it out here.
PeopleSoft going Kibana route is probably the best option I have seen with any HR product. The architecture makes a lot of sense and is extensible for other purposes such as AI/ML without taxing the actual transaction system.
I will be playing around with Kibana and Tools 8.58 and put out details on some other great capabilities soon.
